Practice Background

Dr. C. Robert Charles has served the Petoskey area and the great Northern Michigan area for 28 years. He joined the Burns Clinic Medical Center in 1976 where he practiced for 23 years. He was joined in practice by Dr. Roger A. Potter in 1994. Dr. C. Robert Charles and Dr. Roger A. Potter are Board Certified in Dermatology and are active affiliates of Northern Michigan Hospital.

In 1999 the physicians opened their new office of Dermatology Associates of Northern Michigan, P.C. and in 2005 the practice added a physician assistant, Ms.Lisa K Bowersox, PAC. In January of 2009 Tina M Crook, PAC will join the practice. Now with a total of 15 employees, including two full time dermatologists and two full time physician assistants they offer a full complement of healthcare providers and staff to serve their patients in Northern Michigan.

Dermatology Associates of Northern Michigan offers satellite office hours in the Gaylord and St. Ignace area as well as the main offices in Petoskey.
